- Strategizing and Implementing the Electro-mechanical build of two fully functional autonomous robots for small scale agricultural farms.
- Innovated a navigation stack with ROS, Aruco AR tag markers and OpenCV to guide the robot to localize itself and follow a fence to report any breaks in the fence.
- Reduced the error in Odometry readings by integrating a PID controller for controlling wheel velocities and achieved precise robot heading by Bosch BNO055 IMU calibration.
- Created a custom dataset for animal detection and employed YOLOV3 tiny Machine Learning algorithm for detection and tracking.
